Nicole graduated La Trobe university in 2007 with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics. After practicing for several years in both public and private facilities across Australia and the UK, she set up our practice here on the beautiful Gold Coast. Nicole entered the profession as she wanted to work with people, as well as getting her hands dirty making braces and artificial limbs.

As our practice is expanding Nicole is taking on more of a training and management role, whilst still seeing some orthotic clients. In her free time Nicole enjoys being outdoors, exploring the Gold Coast and hanging upside down at areal yoga.
Eliza joined the team in 2021 after graduating from La Trobe University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Master in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Eliza entered the profession as she has a passion for art, creating things and design, while also being interested in physiology and anatomy. Also, a hands-on career where she could be involved in the fabrication process really interested her. Eliza’s main goal here with us (passion) is to help enable people live the life they want and to encourage people achieve their functional and psychosocial goals.
The aspects she likes the most about orthotics (enjoys /loves what she does as she can) is that she can get to know people, work together with clients, problem solve and make something (a device) from start to finish. She loves the balance between client interaction, hands on plaster and manufacturing work, along with report writing and research. Her current specialities include acute off-the-shelf orthoses, custom ankle foot orthoses, paediatrics, plagiocephaly helmets, spinal orthoses, and pectus orthotics.
